Montauk Brewing Company was incorporated in 2010. For two years, the men of MBC drew up a plan of action and attacked the miles of paperwork that came with opening a microbrewery. After hard work and determination, and several tasting parties, they are ready to launch Long Island’s easternmost craft brewery.
