Bear Republic Tap Takeover

September 14, 2016 @ 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Blind Tiger Ale House

281 Bleecker St., New York, NY10014

Without water there is no beer. And, you may be surprised just how much water is required to brew the liquid we love. A typical brewery will use up to seven gallons of water to make one gallon of beer. So, what do you do when you’re a brewery focused on sustainability in a drought stressed region like California? Well, if you’re Bear Republic, you work tirelessly to achieve a 3.5 to 1 water use to beer produced ratio. Bear Republic cares as much about the community and environment as they do their beer – which, means Bear Republic cares a lot.

This Wednesday, September 14th beginning at 3:00pm, we’ll be pouring a Bear Republic list filled with rare and (many) sour treats. Join us in savoring the sustainable, liquid fruits of Bear Republic’s dedication to excellence in all areas of craft beer brewing.
