The Brooklyn Sour Beer Fest (BSBF) is a month-long celebration of sour beer. Each participating bar will serve several styles of sour beer during its 10-day showcase. All participating bars will offer at least two sour beers though the entire month. This is an exciting and complex class of beer that has caught the imagination of brewers around the world and fascinates new palates every day. And now Brooklyn has a whole month of them!
We are starting with our little family of bars for the inaugural BSBF. We’re hoping it’s successful enough to expand next year.
