From the producers of Pig Island, NYC Hot Sauce Expo and Brisket King of NYC, we invite you to join us on Saturday, August 8th, at Cook Out NYC’s Ciderfeast! Co-produced with the United States of Cider and Copenhagen Street Dogs, you’ll be partying on the beautiful and scenic Manhattan East River in August. There’s no better time of the year for a cookout!
Founded in 2014 during NYC’s beloved Cider Week, Ciderfeast is now being offered as a mid summer solution for those who cannot wait until the Fall for those apples to get from the orchard to the glass and will primarily feature NY State hard ciders along with an array of the finest regional, national and European ciders from more than a dozen cider makers pouring over thirty ciders.
Adding a summer spin on cider, the festival will also feature unique outdoor grilling and smoking dishes like Harry Hawk’s “Schnack’s” sliders provided by Schweid & Sons as well as a NY State Hot Dog Championship where guests can vote on their favorite NY State dogs from farmers like Flying Pigs Farm in Shushan, NY, upstate butchers like The Piggery in Ithaca or Copenhagen Street Dogs from local Danish Brooklynites Revolving Dansk.
Plus live entertainment including folk music TBD.
VIP Early Access (21+) Doors at 4pm
Come get a SNEAK PEAK into this special event! We’ll be opening the doors at 4pm for VIP access to chefs and cider makers as they prepare for the crowds. You’ll sample all of the best and rarest ciders first, with access to the grilling stations one hour before general admission begins. Tickets are all-inclusive: Food, ciders and live entertainment
