The Beer Bar presents a rare collaboration with one of the most well-known names in the industry. Profiled by the likes of The New York Times, New York magazine and Grub Street, Justin Philips is proprietor of the Beer Table specialty store in Grand Central Terminal—a beer lover’s mecca—and has helped us create an evening inspired by the cuisine and innovative brewing cultures found along North America’s Atlantic and Pacific coasts. The five-course menu will include oysters with cucumber mignonette, Atlantic halibut, and Santa Maria tri-tip steak. Beer pairings will feature selections from Dogfish Head, Other Half, Commons Brewery, and more. Join us.
