Foreign Collaboration Beer Night

Please join us on Wednesday, November 25th as we celebrate the pilgrimage of some of the finest brewers from abroad. We will be showcasing a select number of American Craft beers that have been brewed in collaboration with several different breweries from around the world. All beers will be tapped at 4 pm!
The Draft List (so far):
- Dogfish Head Birra Etrusca – 8.0% ABV – This strong ale is brewed w/Cappelli Senatore, pomegranate juice, raisins, hazelnut flour, three types of honey (chestnut, wildflower and clover), Gentian root and tree resin in collaboration w/Birra del Borgo and Baladin
- Evil Twin From Amager with Love – 12.0% – Imperial Stout brewed w/blueberries in collaboration w/Amager Bryghus
- Evil Twin XXX – 9.5% – Imperial British-style Mild Ale brewed in collaboration w/Beavertown Brewery
- Gigantic Snakebite – 5.6% – A blend of Kölsch and cider fermented together with black currants brewed in collaboration w/Beau’s All Natural Brewing and Cider Riot
- Other Half Bretty Crocker – 5.0% – American Stout brewed with locally sourced honey and cherries and fermented with Brettanomyces Claussenii in collaboration w/Central Cervecera
- Prairie Omniprairie – 10.0% – Imperial Milk Stout brewed with cocoa nibs, vanilla beans and salted caramel sauce in collaboration w/Omnipollo
- Threes Fruit of The Canal – 6.4% – Black Saison brewed with oysters in collaboration w/Mikkeller
