Kent Falls Brewing Company was born out of friendships and the shared desire to follow a passion for beer, love of farmhouse ales and nature. While Kent Falls Brewing considered some other locations for the brewery they always returned to the idea of anchoring the brewery and farm together, on one piece of exceptionally special land that has been in continuous agricultural use for over 250 years in Northwestern Connecticut.

Kent Falls Brewing Company embraces the farmhouse model of brewing: refreshing, low-ABV beers covering a range of taste profiles, from wild and tart to juicy, hoppy Northeast-style IPAs. Many beers include local ingredients — from fruit, to malt and hops — including 1.4 acres of six varieties of hops, grown on the farm. A coolship adapted from the farm’s 200-gallon milk chiller enables spontaneous fermentation to bring additional complexity into the brewery’s future barrel-aged wild ales.

Like Kent Falls Brewing we also share a passion for beer, farmhouse ales and nature. So imagine our excitement building toward this Wednesday, September 23 when we get to share this trifecta with you beginning at 3:00pm!
