PITH is run by the talented culinary up and comer, Jonah Reider, who has been operating a “faux-staurant” out of his Columbia dorm room. He was recently on Colbert and has been attracting a fair amount of media attention with the long overbooked reservation list (1000+, seriously).

The Bronx Brewery has partnered with PITH for a pop up experience of total sensory immersion including craft Pale Ales and a specifically designed menu, which the brewers and chefs worked together to create. Curated lights and music will also be a part of the experience with both being reflected/reverberating off the fermentation tanks as dinner is served in the heart of the brewery.
