From the producers of Pig Island, NYC Hot Sauce Expo and Brisket King of NYC, we invite you to join us on Saturday, July 11th, to Cook Out NYC’s Spanish style outdoor grilling fiesta: Running with the Beef™ .
Inspired by Spain’s Running of the Bulls in Pamplona, Running with the Beef™ will feature some of NYCs best chefs (including Robbie Richter) grilling grass-fed beef into Spanish style dishes ranging from traditional (Grilled Steak, Brisket, Beef Sausages) to unique (Harry Hawk’s Spanish Schnack Burgers from Schweid & Sons) all along Manhattan’s scenic East River.
In conjunction with the Good Beer Seal’s July Good Beer Month, tasty tapas style dishes will be served alongside the finest Spanish craft beer, including Iberian United and Shelton Brothers Imports, as well as Kalimotxo (red wine & cola) and Sidra (Spanish cider).
Entertainment will include a live DJ playing a mix of the best European & Spanish disco, Flamenco dancers, and other festivities. Throw on your favorite red & white attire and join us for the perfect summer celebration where you can eat, drink and live like Hemingway.
VIP Early Access (21+) Doors at 4pm
Come get a SNEAK PEAK into this special event! We’ll be opening the doors at 4pm for VIP access to chefs as they prepare for the crowds. You’ll sample all of the specially prepared dishes and be treated to free Flamenco lessons before general admission begins.
