SingleCut Beersmiths Cross the River

July 15, 2015 @ 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Blind Tiger Ale House

281 Bleecker St., New York, NY10014

New York City has seen a remarkable influx of great breweries setting up shop in all boroughs of our amazing city over the past few years. Representing Queens is SingleCut Beersmiths, who’s been holding down the fort in Astoria since 2012. SingleCut Brewery’s address is 19-33—the same year prohibition ended—coincidentally, SingleCut is the first microbrewery to operate in Queens since then.

You probably know SingleCut makes delicious beer, but you may not know with the exception of “19-33” Queens Lagrrr! and Fat Cat Lagrrr!, all of SingleCut’s beers are named after musicians they love. The brewery name refers to a body style of guitar. And, SingleCut’s mission statement is “try to embody Rock ‘n Roll in all aspects of our production/ambiance.” We’re 100% certain they are achieving their goals.

So join us this Wednesday, July 15th beginning at 3:00pm when we welcome SingleCut to rock our taps! Also, this event is the release of SingleCut Beersmith’s Heavy Boots of Lead Imperial Stout, which is both music to our ears and palate.
