Every industry has it’s elite groups who are well regarded as being the best of the best, leaving their competitors grateful for an occasional honorable mention. In the craft beer industry, breweries strive to have their beers be most coveted, brewers push boundaries to be named the most innovative, and beer bars battle it out to be considered the best in the city/country/world to drink all this fine liquid. For the rest of us, “It is an honor just to be nominated”.
While we don’t like to judge at the Spring Lounge, we thought it was important to shine a light on one of the beer industry’s elite groups that always lurks in the shadows, but is seldom recognized…Beer’s Best Beards. It is no secret that a deep love for craft beer and an appreciation for copious amounts of facial hair go hand in hand.
We have chosen the breweries whose brewers and reps have what we think are the best beards in the biz to be the first inductees of the Spring Lounge Good Beard Seal!
