You may recognize TRiNiTY Brewing Company from the beer news. Last year they made headlines when President Jason Yester returned the silver medal TRiNiTY won at the Festival of Barrel Aged Beers. “We unfortunately shipped the wrong beer and shipped our Lacto/Sach interpretation from that series which was named ‘Swing Se Pliser.’ The Lacto only version won a silver medal in the wild/brett category, and I’m 100% positive there is no Brett in that single batch… I’d even be willing to plate it microbially,” Yester wrote to the competition organizers, the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild. In short, Jason and TRiNiTY are SERIOUS about the integrity of their beer.
In addition to being serious about beer, TRiNiTY makes huge efforts towards eco-sensitivity and maintaining the integrity of our planet. They custom built their pub from nearly 100% recycled materials and a number of their beers are produced in large wooden barrels that previously housed wines or spirits. Reducing their carbon impact, TRiNiTY sources raw materials as locally and as organically as possible.
Wednesday, March 18th beginning at 3:00pm, we know you will taste how serious TRiNiTY is about their beer and quality when we welcome this fantastic Colorado brewing company to New York for their launch! Though the list may appear small for this event, it is MIGHTY! Red Swingline, named one of Draft Magazine’s “Top 25 Beers in the World” will be flowing, in addition to Easy Swinger and four extremely rare TRiNiTY bottles listed below. These are INCREDIBLE beers and we are so excited to welcome TRiNiTY to the New York family! No green beer will be found at the Blind Tiger this St. Patty’s Day, just award-winning exceptional brews you will want to celebrate.
