Finch’s Beer Co. is arriving in NYC this week. The Chicago-based brewery has been expanding distribution in the Eastern US over the past few years and is now making its way into New York City.
Launched by graphic designer Ben Finch and friend Richard Grant in 2011, Finch’s Beer Co. made a splash in the Chicago craft beer scene with smartly designed packaging (and great beer of course). Just five years into the life of the brewery, they are planning an expansion in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood that will include 50,000 square feet of production space on a riverfront property. The new brewery is projected to open late next year.
Keep an eye out for Finch’s go-to beers Fascist Pig (red ale), Sweet Stache (milk stout), and Threadless IPA, which will be available on tap and in 16-ounce four packs throughout NYC.
There will be a slew of release parties throughout the city this week as well. Check out some of the events below.
Welcome to NYC, Finch’s!
