Grimm Artisanal Ales is releasing their first Double IPA, Tesseract, this week. The new beer will check in at 8% ABV, 80 IBUs, and 6 SRM.
From Grimm:
This luminous hazy-golden beauty is bursting with layers of super fresh, hoppy complexity: aromas of berry, tropical fruit, and citrus are married to undertones of resinous, dank spruce. Inspired more by Vermont IPA’s than the typical west coast style, the bitterness is firm yet soft around the edges, and the mouthfeel is creamy and luscious. Brewed with Mosaic, Falconer’s Flight, and Citra hops.
Tesseract will debut at the release party TOMORROW (2/10/14) at Blind Tiger Ale House. The keg is scheduled to be tapped at 6pm. Based on Grimm’s consistently great beers, this is one you won’t want to miss!
